started it is about Maths and P.E. we have this Hurumanu on
Monday period 1 for the Maths and on Thursday period 3 we
have P.E. and period 5 we have Maths and we also have it on
Friday period 1 for P.E. too. this is as far as I got for this week
and I will see you next week bye.
you can lie on the floor and find your Pule Rate on your wrist and
then if you can't find it you can check under your chin just beside
your throat. when we are measuring the beats of
your heart rate each minute. Active Pules Rate: Your pules rate
when you have been doing some exercise.
