To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something thoughtful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Kia Ora Hamid,
ReplyDeleteYou are correct that other factors can influence how much people are paid. Women are very often paid less than men for the same type of job. If you listen to them carefully, you will note that they are judged differently as well...The text was trying explain that pay depends on how many people can do a particular job.
It is sad but true that sometimes you can be really good at something but not make heaps of money. However, you can discover lots of jobs that might be important and fun even if they don't make much money.
