Sodium
Hello reader!
Today we were doing something about sodium that is called salt eating to much salt is very bad. for you because eating too much you can get these stuff water weight, stock and your heart starts pumping more than usual and this test was not too hard or too easy but I got done pretty fast but thank you for reading my blog post thank you bye :D

The Truth About Sugar

Today I will be telling you about not eating to much sugar a
day. you can only eat less than 6 teaspoons of sugar a day.
One fact is not to eat or drink sugary stuff before eating.
It is healthier to eat a whole orange than to drink a glass of
orange juice because the orange is filled with flavour and
fibre. Some kids are overweight because of too much sugar
and when you are buying something sugary first look behind
